...Back from Mayan Riviera, Mexico.

Hello fellow bloggers & visitors,

I have been back for over a week now, but it is taking me a while to catch up on everything. I had an awesome time in Mexico and made a lot of great memories. I did not do a lot of shopping, but I did bring home some souvenirs. I brought back shot glasses, alcohol and miniature figurines. Overall, I am very tanned, but now the reality of everyday life is finally catching up with me. With that being said, I will be MIA on my blog for now, until I deal with some personal affairs. I hope everyone had a lovely Easter!

...I promise I will be back. Cheers!

Mayan Riviera, Mexico

...I am heading off to Mayan Riviera this coming Friday. I am going to Mexico to be a bridesmaid for my cousin's wedding. This will be my first time as a bridesmaid and honestly, I learned a lot about the wedding process in terms of engagement parties, wedding showers and stagette parties. Hopefully, this out of town wedding will be relaxing and fun! I am looking forward to the Mayan Ruins and also the local fashion scene. I am also curious about their shopping scene...Until then, have a great week fellow bloggers!

New York City Shopping - Post Ten - Michael Kors Kingsbury Medium Tote

For a while, I have been looking for a nice mustard coloured bag. I really wanted the Marc by Marc Jacobs Classic Q Natasha in yellow, but that bag is no longer in stores. So, while strolling around Bloomingdale's in my trip, I was fortunate to stumble upon the spring 2011 handbag collection for Michael Kors. All of the bright colours and styles used in this collection were beautiful. However, one bag in particular stood out to me. I bought the Kingsbury medium tote because of its colour and style. You can carry it as a tote or as a cross body bag. All I can say, I can not wait to use this bag in my upcoming trip down south. Yes, you read that correctly; I am heading out of town again this Friday for a week...

PS. This is my last post about my shopping spree in NYC! I hope you enjoyed my posts and purchases!

New York City Shopping - Post Nine - Tiffany & Co Heart Pendant

The Tiffany & Co store on 5th Avenue was incredible! It was definitely a true New York City establishment. They had so many floors full of gold, silver, diamonds, etc! Some things were affordable, while other items were ridiculously expensive! Regardless, in my opinion, anything from Tiffany's will always be classy. Just to add more to my Tiffany & Co collection, I bought a simple heart pendant. However, what I really want from Tiffany's (aside for an engagement ring...LOL) is their leather passport cover, which comes in the Tiffany blue. I mean government documents have to also look pretty too right?! HAHA! So, perhaps during my next trip to New York City, another purchase from Tiffany & Co will happen! Nevertheless, until next time, here is a close up of my new heart pendant co-owned with my mom...LOL!
